Pilates is an ideal training method for postnatal recovery. You can start your Pilates training after a classic ‘Rückbildungskurs’ or you can begin your postnatal workout by doing Pilates. Postnatal exercise is a vital component of re-entering a more active phase after pregnancy and giving birth. Participants can join our postnatal Pilates class 6 weeks after a natural birth and 10 weeks after a caesarean section.
Postnatal Pilates can be facilitated using the Pilates equipment, or you can join our mummy-and-baby postnatal Pilates course. Both methods will focus on the strengthening of pelvic floor, regaining tone in the deep core muscles, the closing of your abdominal gap and the mobilisation of spine and shoulder girdle.
Mummy and Baby Pilates Matwork classes take place every Tuesday at 10am, wednesdays at 10.15am and thursdays at 11am. Classes can be booked online.
