Due to the restrictions placed upon us by the Covid-19 pandemic, we are unable to run group classes in the studio. Instead we offer ONLINE live-stream classes, which you can book through your Eversports account.
We use ZOOM to host our online Live-streams, please download the required software onto the device that you will use for streaming. 15min before class, you will be sent the link that is required to particiate in the class. Alternatively you can open the link through your Eversports profile, when using the Eversports App.
If you are attending a class onsite, we kindly ask that you take a moment to read though this important Information about the two different studios at our location and to familiarize yourself with our hygiene plan:
Dear Pilates and Yoga participants,
We look forward to welcoming you to our studio Pilates am Platz, located at Einsteinstrasse 135.
Your class will take place either in our shop front studio, or in our courtyard studio– please look at the timetable to see where your class is located (Vordergebäude / Rückgebäude).
Upon arrival, please ring the bell at Pilates am Platz, then enter through the big gate and either go through the corridor to your right to the studio located at the front of the building, or though the courtyard to the studio located at the back of the building.
Please take your shoes off, before entering the main studio space and then wash your hands thoroughly. While entering the studio and during the use of our restrooms, we kindly ask that you wear your mask. You can take it off during training.
The changing rooms should only be used to store your clothes – if possible, please come to the studio already wearing your sports clothes. As we have to ensure that all training rooms are well ventilated, we will need to have the windows open during training – please make sure that you wear a sweat shirt when temperatures are low, so that you are comfortable during your work out.
You can bring your own mat along, alternatively we would appreciate you bringing a towel to place on mats and equipment.
We are not allowed to offer you any water – please ensure that you bring a drink to class.
Please try to maintain appropriate distance to all other participants upon arrival, while using the restrooms and during the training.
Please only attend class when you are feeling well and do not show any signs of illness. If it is unavoidable that you sneeze or cough in class, please ensure that you keep distance, sneeze/cough into your elbow and afterwards wash your hands. Thank you for your understanding and your co-operation.
