If you are attending a class onsite, we kindly ask that you take a moment to read though this information:
Dear Pilates and Yoga participants,
We look forward to welcoming you to our studio Pilates am Platz, located at Einsteinstrasse 135.
Your class will take place either in our shop front studio, or in our courtyard studio– please look at the timetable to see where your class is located (Vordergebäude / Rückgebäude).
Upon arrival, please ring the bell at Pilates am Platz, then enter through the big gate and either go through the corridor to your right to the studio located at the front of the building, or though the courtyard to the studio located at the back of the building.
Please take off your shoes, before entering the main studio spaces. We have basic changing rooms, but if possible, please come to the studio already wearing your sports clothes. As we have to ensure that all training rooms are well ventilated, please make sure that you wear a sweat shirt when temperatures are low, so that you are comfortable during your work out.
You can bring your own mat along, alternatively we would appreciate you bringing a towel to place on mats and equipment. You might also want to bring a bottle of water to class.
Please only attend class when you are feeling well and do not show any signs of illness. If it is unavoidable that you sneeze or cough in class, please ensure that you keep distance, sneeze/cough into your elbow and afterwards wash your hands. Thank you for your understanding and your co-operation.
